| Deposit: | $100.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation. The deposit less $10.00 is refundable if canceled thirty days prior to arrival date, less thirty days, non refundable deposit. |

| Activities: | Activites may vary according to the season. You may expect branding, fence repair and moving cattle to Spring and summer range. We will also be salting and doctoring cattle, putting up hay and irrigating, preparing cattle for market and moving to winter range. Other activites are available like beautiful nature hikes, (where you can expect to see a variety of wildlife), great fishing streams, and just plenty of peaceful relaxation. |
| Lodging: | Accomodations are individual rooms in a rustic charming bunkhouse with clean modern bathrooms. |
| Kids' Program: | Due to the type of work that our guest participate in we do not allow children under the age of 14 |
| Food/Dining: | You can depend on three sumptuous home cooked meals a day in the tradition of the west. These may include homemade bread, pies, cookouts and grilled steak. |
